When will I receive my invitation?

Your invitation letter and itinerary will be sent to you by email approximately ten days before your arrival day.

All our programs are offered by professional instructors and drivers.

All our vehicles are insured for the racetrack driving activities of our clients.


Are there drinks/snacks available?

Throughout your program, you will have access to our catering and beverage service area, as well as rest and hospitality services:

• hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks,

• appetizers and pastries.


What is the minimum attendance time?

From 2 hours to a full day depending on the number of assigned laps.


How does the GT program work?

Our GT programs run from 2 hours to half a day depending on your package:

• Meet on the track.

• Technical and mandatory safety information on driving a race car.

• Teaching the track with car and instructor.

• First series of laps with your GT car, accompanied by an instructor. Your program will be developed into one or more series of laps depending on the package and car chosen.

• Presentation of a driving certificate at the end of the program.


How does the Formula Renault program work?

Our Formula Renault programs range from half a day to a full day depending on your package:

• Meet on the track.

• Technical and mandatory safety information on driving a race car.

• Teaching the track with car and instructor.

• Series of laps depending on the chosen program:

• 1st driving session in Formula Renault 2.0

• 2nd driving session in Formula Renault 2.0

• 3rd driving session in Formula Renault 2.0, followed by the 4th and 5th sessions

• Meeting with the instructor between each session, this approach will allow you to gradually improve your skills and better understand your car's behavior.

• Presentation of a driving certificate at the end of the program.


How does the Formula 1 program work?

Our Formula 1 programs run for a full day:

Driver arrival at 7:45 am.

Meet on the track.

Morning schedule:

• Technical and mandatory safety information on driving a race car.

• Teaching the track with car and instructor.

• 1st driving session in Formula Renault 2.0

• individual review

• 2nd driving session in Formula Renault 2.0

• individual review

Lunch

Afternoon schedule:

• Formula 1 technical briefing

• Start of Formula 1 driving sessions

• Presentation of the driving certificate at the end of the program

• champagne cocktail


How does the Extreme Copilot (Formula 1 and GT) program work?

Extreme Copilot programs run in 2 hours:

• Delivery of all necessary equipment in F1: suit, helmet, gloves, boots.

• Provision of a GT helmet for the GT.

• Two full laps of our 3-seater Formula 1.

• Presentation of a driving certificate at the end of the program.


Is there a special condition?

The person participating in the driving program certifies that they are in good health and are not undergoing any medical treatment incompatible with the practice of motorsport.

Each participant in the program, including participants' passengers, must complete and duly sign the legal liability contract, as well as the code of conduct, upon registration at the circuit.

Minimum age: 18 years for GT and Formula Renault programs, 25 years for Formula 1 programs.

Everyone must have a valid driver's license. Your presentation will be required upon registration.

Maximum height: 1.91m

Minimum height: 1.50m

Maximum weight: 104 kilograms.

No security deposit is required.


What is the video option?

Choosing the video option will ensure that your exciting driving experience is captured on camera so you and your friends can share it at home. Driving a GT car, Formula Renault, or Formula 1, or simply as a passenger, our onboard cameras record all the amazing footage, from start to finish, of your exciting high-performance driving experience with EVASION Club.

If you offer a driver or passenger package to a friend or family member but are unsure if they are interested in the video option, you can still choose it on the site, on the day of your arrival.


What is the accompanying card?

For safety reasons, children under 10 are not allowed on track facilities, even when accompanied by a parent. Each person accompanying someone must have a special pass that can be requested when registering for a program on our website. Entry will be denied to anyone who does not have the appropriate credentials.

The guest card allows access to the track and the rest area/hotel.
What do our programs include?

Is there insurance?

It is possible for you to purchase accident deductible insurance.

In Formula 1, this insurance costs €190 and reduces the deductible to €1,000.

In Renault Formula, this insurance costs €100 and reduces the deductible to €500.

In GT, this insurance costs €50 and reduces the deductible to €0.
